Run 1/2 mile... then 10 push-ups, 20 squats, 30 sit-ups. Repeat 6 times. quick and easy full body.

Torch almost 400 calories in 32 minutes: Run at speed 7 for one minute, walk on 15 incline speed 4 for 3 minutes. Repeat 8 times. Hopefully someday I can attempt this.
